The sun, vitamin D, K2, and magnesium represent an excellent combination against cancer, metabolic and cardiovascular diseases, and consequently, neurological diseases, which are currently experiencing authentic pandemics.

The light of truth shows the way to the awakening of human consciousness, recovering lost harmony and the path of life in harmony with nature, sunlight, medicinal plants, and foods rich in nutrients and healthy lifestyles. The human mind, in confluence with natural energies, is capable of overcoming the plagues of disease and death, while leaders, in their pursuit of power and money, are proclaiming themselves false gods, destroying this planet, and degenerating the human race.

The sun's rays produce two types of sulfur: cholesterol sulfate and vitamin D3 sulfate. Healthy cholesterol and sulfur levels also depend largely on vitamin D levels. Stephanie Seneff tells us that cholesterol and sulfur are oxidized after exposure to sunlight and transformed into vitamin D3.

Cholesterol sulfate deficiency can cause glucose intolerance. Fat cells store more fat to fuel muscles, and excess fat accumulates, causing obesity and metabolic disorders that lead to multiple pathologies, including cancer. Red blood cells produce cholesterol sulfate, and this molecule protects red blood cells from disintegration.

According to Dr. Seneff, glyphosate interferes with several biological mechanisms, including the enzymes responsible for activating vitamin D in the liver and kidneys. Sulfur also plays a key role in glucose metabolism, the electron transport system, detoxification, the use of vitamin B1 and biotin to produce energy, synthesize glutathione, and proper insulin function.

Makes perfect sense when Humanity on the whole was still connected to the rhythms of life. This would likely have an influence on those of school age and when they start their day. How it may affect their full potentials.

Only know the Sun, Sunshine must play a major role in our quality of life as on a personal note, nice sunny days can somehow melt away many of the things to drag us down. Sun gets in the body and so many aches from injuries either go away or dampen down.

It may also give clues as to why so many of the 1%, those who serve them also have this layer of disconnect as so many live in front of a computer screen, or on phone screens, indoors all day. Inside, in artificial light, poor air, surrounded by EMF's, not engaged with other forms of life, microbes. Lives emersed , surrounded by artificial conditions most likely give artificial responses to the Real World.

Yes, The body's internal clock is naturally aligned with the day-night cycle, but circadian rhythms can be disrupted by exposure to light at night, lack of daylight due to travel, work, electronic devices, or an underlying condition. During the day, light exposure triggers the internal clock to send signals that generate alertness and help keep us awake and active. At nightfall, the internal clock initiates the production of melatonin, which promotes sleep.

We must maintain a healthy circadian rhythm by maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, exposing ourselves to light, and exercising daily. The use of artificial light in our homes and electronic devices has led more people to report sleeping less at night, as well as irregular sleep patterns. During sleep, our cells use the rest period to repair damaged cells and regenerate new cells after apoptosis. Abnormal circadian rhythms as a potential carcinogen have increased the focus on defining the underlying mechanisms of circadian disruption-induced tumorigenesis.

The CLOCK gene (Circadian Locomotor Output Cycles Kaput) is one of the circadian clock genes and is considered a key circadian rhythm regulator, responsible for mediating several biological processes. Therefore, abnormal CLOCK expression affects its role in the circadian clock and its more general function as a direct regulator of gene expression. This dysfunction can lead to serious pathological effects, including cancer.

Circadian rhythm disruption has been shown to be associated with an increased risk of developing obesity and obesity-related diseases and is closely linked to tumorigenesis in breast cancer, prostate cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic adenocarcinoma, liver cancer, lung cancer, renal cancer, and others. It is associated with elevated lipid levels and attenuated lipid signaling, inflammatory responses, insulin resistance, and adipokines.

Alteration of the biological clock has been detected in obesity, leading to increased expression of inflammatory cytokines, which is exacerbated by the disease itself. Furthermore, circadian rhythm disruption could contribute to metabolic dysfunction in adipose tissue, thus increasing the risk of developing cardiometabolic diseases.

The interaction between circadian rhythm and cancer involves the regulation of cell division, DNA repair, immune function, hormonal balance, and the potential for chronotherapy. Disruptions in the circadian rhythm can promote abnormal cell development and tumor metastasis, possibly due to immune system imbalances and hormonal fluctuations.

Dysfunction in the 24-hour circadian rhythm is common in older adults and is more severe in people with age-related neurodegenerative diseases, including dementias related to Alzheimer's disease and Parkinson's disease. Manifestations vary depending on the type and severity of the neurodegenerative disease, and for some patients, they occur before the onset of typical clinical symptoms of neurodegeneration.

Yes Gui the Sun and Sunshine or lack thereof has to have a major ripple effect on everything related to our ability to function - not to mention other influences we are told to avoid, reject.

Also starting the day without a proper reboot could also explain why people today seem to be more aggravated over nothing burgers, go full on Karen, or not much of a response at all. Constant drag on an overall proper sense of well being and a drag on our ability to respond to difficulties in a manner balanced to the occasion.

Often expressed is how in general country people are more laid back, life slows down, more is experienced and experienced deeper. It's one reason for the popularity of National Parks and why people began to pursue vacations, the temporary building back up of metabolic systems beginning to work again. It's probably why the Adirondacks have parts of it as its major economic system. NY City peoples once vacationing to the mountains, the lodges, train travel built to take in the many natural sites.

Out and in Sunshine, clean air, engaged with Nature also once the foundation to treat TB, mental illness, so many others. Incorporating such today could very likely lead to if a type of medication is needed in addition to Natures gifts would be much milder than the hosts of cut, burn or poisons we've been encouraged to chase. Chase to the point where we rank rock bottom for results and pay the highest prices. And in higher prices than just the dollar bill. Just Sayn'
