A report with a broad educational perspective. Body worship is an emerging disorder in a decadent society. Body worship, linked to extreme physical exercise activities, weight-control diets, and cosmetic surgery, seeks to maintain a standard of beauty imposed by society and influenced by the media, which creates an unrealistic stereotype of beauty. This overrides more necessary values, such as engaging in a series of activities and habits that are healthy in moderation: following a balanced diet and the maintenance exercise necessary to maintain our health over the years. This obsession with the body, in order to fit into society, leads to a series of disorders and illnesses such as low self-esteem, anxiety, or depression, and is almost always related to eating disorders. In women, it is framed within an aesthetic ideal linked to thinness, while in men, it is characterized by muscularity. This preconceived image, transmitted by various media, may not be realistic, thus generating bodily and personal dissatisfaction. This entire body culture can create a series of addictions or disorders such as vigorexia, eating disorders, and resorting to unnecessary cosmetic surgery to achieve immediate results.

We can attribute biochemical causes as another factor that produces exercise addiction. This is due to the release of endorphins, since these hormones produce a feeling of analgesia, happiness, and tranquility. Vigorexic individuals present an immature personality, with low self-esteem and introversion, which contributes to or influences the development of this disorder. Other personal characteristics of these individuals may include obsessive-compulsive traits and perfectionism.

One of the main goals of this society is to be physically perfect. This has been an imposed standard, as if it were a dictatorship, since physical appearance is associated with success, pleasure, and fortune. A triggering and influential factor is the media, which, through its publications, television, and advertisements, establishes an aesthetic model to follow. Economic interests play a large role in this cult of the body, as individuals are encouraged to consume certain types of beauty products (cosmetics, slimming products).

Happiness is not something that a cult of the body can give us. Happiness stems from an inner well-being in which you feel valuable despite your flaws. Psychological health involves being calm, flexible, and at peace with yourself. The cult of the body is an obsession that involves tension, rigidity, and discomfort. There is a significant and widespread movement that places excessive importance on the body and beauty. This is a source of frustration, pressure, and unhappiness for many people.

Another factor is, most certainly, a political and social one. The more concerned we are with our physical appearance, or with earning money or prestige, the more uncritical we are as citizens. There are probably powerful sectors throughout the Western world that are interested in numbing us. The cult of the body is one of those many numbing factors. If we spend all our energy trying to achieve that ideal body, obsessions begin to appear. and the mistreatment of our bodies. When the dynamic worsens, nutritional and eating disorders appear, so to speak, all the "exias" are awakened: anorexia, vigorexia, orthorexia, pregorexia, and a long etcetera. Promoting a positive body image is an ongoing process that requires resilience, innovation, and collaboration. By leveraging the strengths of diverse sectors and adopting a comprehensive approach, we can make significant progress in improving body image satisfaction. These efforts not only improve people's psychological well-being but also contribute to the health and vitality of the community at large. As we persist in promoting change, the vision of a society where every person can experience a positive and affirming relationship with their body becomes increasingly achievable, marking a significant step toward holistic health and well-being.

Interesting. Strong evidence for the need for Strong Gut Health providing the Foundation for Healthy Mental, Emotional and Physical Health. Also suggesting the overwhelming toxic pollution, additives in Fast Processed Foods, the toxic soup we all swim in are likely chemically lobotomizing, sterilizing, causing all kinds of mental problems while interfering with our Immune systems.

Well defined, Just. Land, air, water, and food are contaminated by a toxic soup that makes us more vulnerable to disease. This exposure to harmful products is linked to various forms of cancer, reproductive abnormalities, lung diseases, cardiovascular diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, diabetes, and learning disabilities, among other adverse health effects.

Incessant exposure to toxic substances from various sources directly affects the human right to life. It prevents us from enjoying the highest attainable standard of health. Exposure to toxic substances also prevents us from accessing physical integrity, safe water and food, adequate housing, and—in an increasing number of states—the right to a healthy environment.

Children constitute the population group most at risk. Pediatricians often report cases of children who were already contaminated at birth and describe these events as a “silent pandemic” manifesting itself in a host of illnesses, disabilities, and premature deaths worldwide. Hundreds of babies have a large number of toxic substances in their bodies, even before birth. Researchers have established a link between the high incidence of certain forms of cancer and other adverse health consequences and the increased production, use, and consumption of toxic chemicals in recent decades.

These children will suffer from more serious illnesses, some of which will affect their normal mental and physical development, as discussed in this report.

Thank you Gui, so many things kept under wraps for so long to consider when the Powers that Be run Public Relations Campaigns calling the general public Lazy, Stupid, Sick and Unnecessary Surplus Population. Rubbing salt in the wounds, also attacking sound measures to heal and as we as individuals or with our neighbors can, could do as dangerous, undoable.

Just, the reference to “surplus population” was clearly seen with the global coronavirus crisis, as a global coup against humanity.

Michel Chossudovsky analyzes in detail how this insidious project “destroys people's lives.” He offers a comprehensive analysis of everything you need to know about the “pandemic,” from the medical dimensions to the economic and social repercussions, the political underpinnings, and the mental and psychological impacts.

My goal as an author is to inform people around the world and refute the official narrative that has been used as justification for destabilizing the economic and social fabric of entire countries, followed by the imposition of the “deadly” COVID-19 vaccine. This crisis affects humanity as a whole: nearly 8 billion people. We stand in solidarity with our fellow human beings and our children around the world. The truth is a powerful weapon.

Reviews

This is an insightful and highly interesting resource if you are looking to better understand the broader perspective. The author has an extensive knowledge of geopolitics, which is reflected in the way he contextualizes COVID-19. — Dr. Mike Yeadon

In this war against humanity in which we find ourselves, in this singular, irregular, and massive attack on the freedom and goodness of people, Chossudovsky's book is a rock on which to stand our struggle. — Dr. Emanuel García

In fifteen concise, science-based chapters, Michel traces the fake COVID-19 pandemic, explaining how a PCR test, which produces up to 97% proven false positives, combined with a relentless 24/7 fear campaign, was able to create a panic-filled global "plandemic"; that this "plandemic" would never have been possible without the infamous DNA-altering polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test, which to this day is still being foisted on the majority of innocent people who have no clue. His conclusions are backed by renowned scientists. —Peter Koenig
