There’s no stopping this train. My husband has several daughters and two are overweight.

His youngest daughter just told us she started Ozempic. She is also on Zoloft for post pardon depression. We can’t say anything really because the young folks won’t listen to us old folks. They trust the medical industrial complex.

My advice to her was to use it as a tool. To do the hard work of finding out the root cause. For me it was an addiction to all things sugar. I told her to up her protein intake.

I believe she told us about it because she watched me lose weight on ketogenic diet and keep the weight off. I also went from being a crippled up old woman to zipping around town, walking, running and dancing.

I myself may have tried ozempic if I had not figured it out. Thank god I figured it all out before ozempic hit the market.

Everyone I know is on it. Most lie about it. But when you see these people drop weight they’ve carried all their lives… you just know. It’s the lying and pretending that gets my goat.
