We have been told so often how bad the sun is for you so what do you expect. I go out in the sun and never slather on sunscreen as there is proof that the sunscreen causes skin cancer. Quit believing everything you have been lied to about everything in this corrupt world

Getting your Vitamin D from sun exposure is possible if you live south of the 35th parallel. Those of us who live north of it can't produce Vitamin D from sun exposure bc the sun’s rays are too weak. I’ve tested patients who work in landscaping and are outside for over 8 hours daily. Here in Nebraska, we need to supplement our vitamin D.
