I have a higher than normal level of glutathione in my body without taking a supplement, and I learned that sub cellular melatonin from direct sunshine exposure is more powerful antioxidant than glutathione and I have gotten the maximum hours of direct sunshine exposure every summer since 2018 to not require a vitamin D3 supplement over the winter! I’m in the best health of my life other than my pituitary gland is not functioning I know that my pituitary gland is not functioning to perfectly understand why my body functions like it does and why I can’t compensate for it in any manner healthy!
