Why did we get to this point? Human beings seek the satisfaction of their needs, and this situation is often exploited by agri-food companies and advertising, which can make a product become indispensable in our lives when it's really unnecessary. For this reason, advertising, paid for by large food corporations and supported by the government, uses highly effective persuasion strategies, as we constantly see in promotional advertisements, to reach the consumer's mind quickly and effectively. Cookies in the shape of dolls or animals frequently appear, with children asking their parents to buy them while they eat a pizza with unhealthy fats and carbohydrates.

One of the main cultural reasons why young people consume junk food is their fast-paced, modern lifestyles, the lack of time to cook at home, the low prices offered by fast-food restaurants, as well as the short time it takes to obtain and consume this type of food, all of which contribute to making it the perfect choice for individuals who lack time and money. On the other hand, consumption is also the result of various psychological factors such as pleasure and satisfaction. These consumption outcomes or experiences, in turn, affect consumers' future decision-making processes. We see this result in Monica, the increase in childhood obesity, cardiovascular disease, and all associated degenerative diseases.

The experience of using products and services, as well as the feeling of pleasure derived from owning, collecting, or consuming "things" and "experiences," contributes (...) to consumer satisfaction and their overall quality of life. These consumption outcomes or experiences, in turn, affect consumers' future decision-making processes.

Definition of a Zombie: A dead person resurrected by magical means by a sorcerer to become his slave. According to belief, a voodoo sorcerer would be able, through a ritual, to resurrect a dead person, who would, however, from then on be subject to the will of the person who brings them back to life. Also, according to popular belief, it is said that a person bitten by a zombie becomes a zombie.

The media, through persuasion strategies promoted by food corporations and sustained by corrupt governments, are the real sorcerers, and these zombies walk the world indulging their basic instincts of unhealthy satisfaction, feeding on junk food and infecting, especially, young people, who live a lifestyle of fun and seeking easy pleasures.

Food companies generate nearly $1 billion in sales. They have stakeholders to please, shareholders to satisfy, and government regulations to deal with. However, it is surprising to learn exactly how food companies lobby officials, invite experts, and expand sales by marketing to children, members of minority groups, and people in developing countries.

The lack of labeling requirements is particularly problematic and will likely become a problem in the future. Because these compounds are used in such minute quantities, they don't have to be listed on the label. They are simply part of the generic category of artificial and/or natural flavors. This means that the product appears to be much "healthier" than it could be if a flavor enhancer weren't used.

Wherever money moves, there is a lot of deception and falsehood. An image is created that doesn't reflect reality. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, despite its recommendations to abstain from foods high in sugar, fat, and salt, has promoted menus at fast-food chains that contradict its own recommendations.

The USDA's National Dairy Research Promotion Program helped McDonald's launch its sugar-rich McCafé drinks. Those most affected are young Americans, who remain loyal to junk food. Consumers are extremely fickle, changing their tastes in a flash under the influence of the latest health fad or trending social media buzz. They are fans of fast food, which has targeted them with menus packed with hydrogenated fat and the sweet poison of sugar.

The lies of the big food corporations are for their personal gain; they will do nothing to undermine their big scam. They feel strong, supported by the weakness of the government. They build walls so that people cannot escape the consequences they cause: diseases that will greatly benefit the pharmaceutical corporations. A great vicious cycle -

Obesity is a great threat to the American population. Diabetes and cardiovascular disease are the result of poor diets promoted by public and private entities. Politicians are reluctant to introduce legislation to combat obesity, and the food industry has spent millions of dollars lobbying politicians over the years. Furthermore, the food lobby also sponsors supposedly independent groups like the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. A report by Eat Drink Politics alleges that the leading nutrition organization in the US has been compromised by its extensive ties to the food industry.

Plain chips are made from ground corn (maize), vegetable oil, and salt. Other ingredients vary across flavored chip varieties. Doritos made for the U.S. market generally do not use animal rennet derived from pigs in the cheese flavorings used in the chip.

The junk food industry has managed to create an unnatural addiction in people's diets, with sugar and carefully tested flavors, developing the pernicious science of addiction to extraordinary levels. Artificial ingredients are used to produce these delicious snacks to confuse and deceive your body's metabolism. This is in stark contrast to whole foods, the flavor and consistency that nature itself created, and therefore work with your body to satisfy hunger and food cravings. DiNicolantonio stated that sugar is even more addictive than cocaine, making it the most consumed addictive substance on the planet, far surpassing nicotine or alcohol. In a study titled "Sugar Addiction: Is It Real? A Narrative Review," an article by researchers James DiNicolantonio, James O'Keefe, and William Wilson, the American professors reported that the consumption of added sugars has effects similar to those of other drugs, such as cocaine or opium.

According to the research, the available information has made it possible to identify behaviors typical of drug addicts in those who consume a lot of sugar: binge eating, anxiety, and withdrawal symptoms. Consuming sugar produces effects similar to consuming cocaine, altering mood due to its ability to activate the brain's reward system and pleasure centers, leading to a search for more sugar. Sugar-sweetened beverage consumption had a significant impact on the prevalence of obesity and related metabolic risks, including insulin resistance, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic syndrome.
