It is very important to maintain healthy mitochondria to support pancreatic insulin function. Mitochondrial dysfunction is caused by poor nutrition. This includes highly processed and pesticide-contaminated foods, sugar and additives, vaccines, fluoridated and contaminated water, stress, etc. Linoic acid is a major contributor to mitochondrial dysfunction.

Mitochondria are especially abundant in the body's organs and tissues with the highest energy requirements. Supplements and lifestyle changes can improve mitochondrial health by increasing the availability of proteins necessary for ATP production (AMPK activation, PCG-1a, NAD+, SIRT1). They also act as antioxidants, helping mitochondria reduce oxidative stress and perform other important functions, including signaling, differentiation, programmed cell death, and cell growth control.

Additional support for mitochondrial function includes acetyl-L-carnitine, nicotinamide, Q10, pyrroloquinoline quinone, vitamin C, choline, NADH, α-lipoic acid, α-ketoglutaric acid, resveratrol, N-acetylcysteine, magnesium, and a quality multivitamin and mineral complex. Might be Just Me but, watch the Shock and Awe attacks by Big P-Harma and friends defending the Vaccines. Take notes because no matter how this fight unfolds, I would expect the fight to suppress the extreme importance of Mitochondrial Health will be every bit as vicious. Very healthy people are hard to control and they are a poor business model built on profits to make those profits.

As you know, Just, I'm taking Q10 and have noticed positive progress. In addition to its key role in mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation, CoQ10 serves as a lipid-soluble antioxidant and plays an important role in fatty acid beta-oxidation and lysosomal and pyrimidine metabolism, as well as in the expression of several genes, including those involved in inflammation.

The most common metabolic and mitochondrial diseases (MMDs) are cardiovascular disease, cancer, respiratory diseases, and diabetes, which are a major epidemic. Preventing the development of mitochondrial MMDs with coenzyme Q10 is one of the basic ways to protect human health. Coenzyme Q10 Stimulate Reproductive Vatality
