Love the topic, detest the AI voice. I could only handle 5 minutes of the dronadary talking. I Hope this won't be the new default Mercola. My apologies for being critical of Mercola, but it undermines the trust, and removes the personalization we've built over the last 20 years of interviews.
Just the Gut Speaking on an observation; It seems for people with disabilities or those older with walking issues, the walkers seem to be designed so the person is leaning extremely forward. It would seem this would aggravate any loss of good posture, spine strength. It might be awkward, or difficult to design, but a walker with support for a range allowing for the traditional to a more upright posture would stave off further losses.
On a personal note I noticed old injuries revisited had me for a while leaning forward going up and down stairs so as to see where the feet are, so not to trip or fall. I am under the impression this actually was counterproductive for me. Actually, possibly unintentionally training the body, mind to adopt a bad forward bend and actually adding onto any problems.
Lastly sharing an observation about some doing weight resistance. Some are so focused on appearances obsess on how they look in the mirror and concentrate on the chest and shoulders appearances in the front. Ignoring the back. Gym rats call this people having Cadillac Chest and Volkswagen Backs. Attention for good mobility, strength needs attention on front, sides and back as the article information supports.
