Dr. Mercola: You have done an excellent job of synthesizing what you have learned with your prior views. I appreciate your hard work and open-mindedness. After eating Keto for over 22 years, I became aware that my metabolic health had suffered. This was coincident with your own growing awareness of metabolic health regarding bioenergetics, red light exposure, sauna, iron-copper metabolism and of course strategies to fight respiratory illness. I will keep this article handy as a reference source to introduce these concepts to others. Thank you!

For people with delicate stomachs, we can also consider alternatives to aspirin due to its analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antiplatelet and anti-inflammatory properties:

1) The use of willow bark dates back to the time of Hippocrates (400 BC), when chewing the bark was advised to reduce fever and inflammation. Willow bark has been used over the centuries in China and Europe, and continues to be used today for the treatment of pain (particularly lower back pain and osteoarthritis), headache, and inflammatory conditions such as bursitis and tendonitis. White willow bark contains salicin, which is a chemical similar to aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid). In combination with the herb's powerful anti-inflammatory plant compounds (called flavonoids), salicin is thought to be responsible for the herb's analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects. In fact, in the 19th century, salicin was used to develop aspirin. White willow appears to relieve pain more slowly than aspirin, but its effects may last longer. Sauce has analgesic, antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and antiplatelet activity.

2) Ginger is a root known for its healing and medicinal properties for thousands of years. This root has been used as a natural alternative to aspirin, due to its anti-inflammatory, anticoagulant and antioxidant properties. This means that ginger can help reduce inflammation, blood clotting, and cell damage caused by free radicals.

Ginger has also been used as a remedy to relieve symptoms of arthritis, headache, stomach pain, and nausea. Ginger has been shown to be as effective as aspirin in relieving pain and inflammation. Therefore, ginger is a great natural alternative to aspirin for those looking for a natural way to relieve pain and inflammation.

3) Curcumin is a natural substance known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and analgesic properties. Scientific studies have shown that curcumin is a safe and effective natural alternative for treating pain and inflammation. This natural substance contains a compound called curcumin, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.

4) Cat's claw has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and immune system-enhancing functions. Its sterol content is what gives it its anti-inflammatory characteristic.

5) Harpagofito is a plant that has traditionally been used for pain. In addition to having an anti-inflammatory and analgesic function. There are studies that point to its effectiveness in the treatment of pain associated with osteoarthritis, osteoarthritis, low back pain and other osteoarticular conditions of rheumatic and non-rheumatic origin.

Gratitude to Dr. Mercola for the extensive research that establishes the current health aid recommendations. The sun, vitamin D with vitamin D and magnesium represent an excellent combination against the fight against cancer, metabolic and cardiovascular diseases and consequently authentic neurological pandemics today. The light of truth shows the way for the awakening of human consciousness, recovering lost harmony and the path of life in accordance with nature, sunlight, medicinal plants and foods loaded with nutrients and nutrients. healthy lifestyles. The human mind, in confluence with natural energies, is capable of defeating the plagues of disease and death, while leaders in their desire for power and money are proclaiming themselves false gods, destroying this planet and degenerating the human race.

The sun's rays produce two types of sulfur: cholesterol sulfate and vitamin D3 sulfate. Healthy cholesterol and sulfur levels also depend largely on vitamin D levels. Stephanie Seneff tells us that cholesterol and sulfur are oxidized after exposure to sunlight and transformed into vitamin D3. Cholesterol sulfate deficiency can cause glucose intolerance, fat cells store more fat to supply fuel to the muscles and excess fat accumulates causing obesity and metabolic disorders, the origin of multiple pathologies including cancer.

Red blood cells produce cholesterol sulfate, and this molecule protects red blood cells from disintegration. According to Dr. Seneff, glyphosate interferes with several biological mechanisms, including the enzymes responsible for activating vitamin D in the liver and kidneys. Sulfur also plays a key role in glucose metabolism, the electron transport system, detoxification, vitamin B1 and biotin for energy production. synthesize glutathione and proper insulin function. https://holisticprimarycare.net/topics/nutrition-a-lifestyle/sulfate-the-most-common-nutritional-deficiency-you-ve-never-heard-of/  .----

I would strongly recommend AGAINST taking aspirin for any reason. It did serious damage to my hearing. I was taking one a day for skin itching. I took it for only a few months, and then I developed tinnitus. I then read about the connection. I stopped taking aspirin. Then my hearing started to go bad. My ability to hear upper frequencies tanked. I am now rebuilding my hearing, and it is working. But if someone thinks aspirin might be beneficial, it might well be that White Willow Bark is far superior.
