As someone with an aggressive form of sjorgrens who drinks a lot of water and herbal teas (unsweetened) each day, this was eye opening and explains some of my other issues like leg cramps. Neither my rheumatologist nor dietician have talked to me about electrolytes. But "shame on me" as I am a former runner and should have known. I'll start tomorrow adding the right minerals back into my intake!! Thanks!!
