Among the variables Dr. Mercola presents for regulating the immune system, we must consider that stress management involves a combination of physical care, mental changes, and lifestyle adjustments. Key strategies include regular exercise, deep breathing, a healthy diet, sufficient sleep, and setting boundaries to avoid overcommitment. Cultivating social relationships and practicing relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga also help reduce stress levels. Identifying what causes you stress can help you anticipate problems and find solutions. Even if you can't avoid these situations, being prepared can be very helpful. Take time to reflect on the events and feelings that might be contributing to your stress. You can do this alone or with someone you trust. To face adversity, we need to remember our purpose in life. Clarifying our goals and cultivating resilience will help us navigate this process with greater resources and strength.

We all go through difficult times throughout our lives. Facing adversity is more than a desire or a goal; it's a necessity, an obligation to integrate into our minds and hearts. We all know that applying this approach and deploying appropriate change resources isn't always easy.

It's in these moments of adversity that we experience very powerful emotions such as sadness, helplessness, frustration, etc., but an important issue is the strengthening of resilience.

A study conducted by psychologists Linley, PA, and Joseph, S. from the University of Warwick, UK, demonstrated that people who are able to cope with difficult times acquire valuable lessons to face the future with better resources. You might consider the following:

Yes, and not just an immune system facing the offenders to our health from the beginning, but now also stressed out from so many things to have never to exist before. As we continue efforts to build a foundation of true health, to provide our needs without the many synthetic, chemical newcomers we can, at some point perhaps we will also have those with bodies, immune systems closer to what real health actually once was. We have Weston Price's research from many decades ago, perhaps there are other research records tucked into dusty corners to compare mostly uncontaminated peoples functions to compare todays revelations with.

Yes just, Weston A. Price (1870–1948) was an American dentist best known for his book "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" (1939), in which he documented his travels to traditional communities (Swiss Indians, Inuit, African tribes, Pacific Islanders, among others) that had not yet adopted the Western industrialized diet.

His main observations:

• He found that these populations had very few cavities, well-formed dental arches, and a low incidence of chronic diseases.

• He attributed this to nutrient-rich diets: grass-fed animal products, organ meats, seafood, animal fats, fermented foods, and very little refined sugar or processed flours.

• He noted that when these communities began consuming "modern" foods (sugar, white flour, refined vegetable oils), dental and general health deteriorated in the next generation.

His legacy today:

• He is a central figure in movements such as ancestral eating, real food, and the Weston A. Price Foundation, which promotes saturated fats, raw dairy, and traditional cooking techniques (fermentation, soaking grains, etc.).

• His ideas influenced the current interest in probiotics, bone broth, and the questioning of processed vegetable fats.
