This is incredible. When I was first diagnosed with advanced osteoporosis, I said, "This had to do with excessive stress." This is so interesting and important to hear. How can I lower my serotonin if life is extra stressful, and then add living in these times that we are living in?

Since 95% of Serotonin Is Processed in the Gut points to why so many observe Autistic's with gut issues. Also, as observed similar Gut Healing diets involved with Mental Illness giving relief also, the Bacopa Monnier might be a good addition to address those issues. Then too, as a master neurotransmitter regulator may address things like Parkinson's, Multiple Saroses (sp?) Lou Gehrig's Disease and other neurotransmitter conditions.
