This is FANTASTIC INFO!! Does this have anything to do with polycystic disease??? Now, I’m going to make sure I take my organic, grass-fed beef organ meat supplements!! We already get good, farm eggs, cream, and like liver, but how much is enough?

I have questions about low iron stores. My grand-daughter is 8 and has been diagnosed with low iron stores, and has been taking iron supplements for many years, because she does not sleep. I personally don't trust very much if anything that allopathic medicine says anymore after having a 50 year career as a nurse. But I have difficulty wrapping this issue about iron stores around my head and which tests they do to determine this. But mostly is this another mistaken copper deficiency that could grow into something more horrendous for this child's health?

Great article but can you please include the units in the numbers...Ceruloplasmin = 30...30 what, wheelbarrows? LOL. I have a result here of 0.24 g/L. I assume you may mean 30 mg/dL but not sure...apologies if I have missed something.
