Thanks for the great information. The food details are unclear to me. When you say eat fruits and rice only, for how long? And then add in potatoes and the other veggies…how long before eating protein (eggs, chicken, etc)? I have been working on my gut for about 15 years, and have been unable to stabilize transit time, hydration, etc. I realized 15 years ago that my transit time was 5 days (charcoal tablets, similar to your blue dye - record when turns black). It has improved but it is a constant battle - lately has gotten worse. I use a tsp of castor oil, slippery elm, smooth move herbal tea, hydrate, etc. I don’t eat seed oils. But I do eat farm eggs, organic grass fed chicken, beef, venison. Just wondering if I should stop protein. Also, should we not eat foods made with flours - I do very minimal GF bread, and pancakes, etc. I have been dairy free but have begun minimal raw milk with no adverse gut issues. Do you have a document or video with more detailed information? Tnx
