In 2019 Fauci also hinted at the purpose for a novel [COVID]pandemic in a video that emerged where Fauci and others planned for a “Universal mRNA Flu Vaccine” which became the “COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine” when he explained to a colleague why people would not accept the new mRNA platform vaccines that were originally intended for use against influenza.
He said it was "because people were not afraid enough of the flu virus. What this reveals is the fundamental purpose for a pandemic was to scare people into taking the new platform injections.
