It is not illegal for Dr. Mercola to sell his products at his website especially with the disclaimers he had there so not sure how they could force that to be taken down! I am not subscribed to Amazon. Have never purchased from them and I don't want to start now.
The only thing that upset me is his customer service number telling us today we can email them 24 hours a day when the email address they gave does not work or at least it didn't for me and others I read that tried it and the email came back! Seems like they would know that and have a email address here for those of us that have purchased products from his website, not Amazon.
When a domain is attacked, not only the e-commerce and blogs are down, but the email capabilities are shut down as well. Also, phone systems are VOIP (depending on the internet). I know from experience how stressful it is, and migrating to a new server can take days to weeks. Rather than complaining, criticizing, or condemning his company, let’s open the eyes wide because this will hit us soon. One day the access to the bank, ATM and credit cards can be cancelled if you don’t comply.

The FDA in the above warning states that the Quercetin Pterostilbene advanced says, "This product is intended to diagnose, treat, etc etc." Well I checked my bottle and that claim is a blatant lie! My bottle specifically says, "This product is NOT intended to diagnose,etc etc." So......who is the deceiver here? If I could attach a screenshot I would. The FDA is rogue for sure!
It's hard to know since they can't be reached if we could get them by email or over the phone. While I would not get them from the big A, either!! There are places I would get them until we could purchase again directly from Mercola. Vitacost is one of the sites I would get his products from if I could not them anywhere else but not sure if they have the protein powder.

So many millions (literally) of eyes are on you and Dr Mercola, if they so much as try anything then there will be such an outcry, a massive investigation and so much community activity they would only regret it! I had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Mercola for the first time in LA the other week, what I learned first hand and you certainly know, the man is tough as nails and fearless. Ever since the sites went down last night, I've been on edge worrying for Dr. Mercola, Erin and the rest of the team's safety, especially since Dr Carrie Madej's plane crash (and other suspicious deaths like Rosa Koire). I'm positive many others who support Dr. Mercola feel the same. For now, relief and anger at how our country has betrayed its values. We aim to take those back and never give up. Vote the criminals and complicit out. And thank-you Dr. Mercola for the Lumbrokinase which took care of the huge number of bruises which appeared after proximity to someone who was shedding the spike. It saved me.
